At RetroResume, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair to both you and us.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime access purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Email us at support@retroresume.app with your registered email and order details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

AI generation credits are consumed when used and are generally non-refundable once used. However, if you used 3 or fewer credits and request a refund within 30 days, we will still process a full refund at our discretion. Unused AI credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed separately.
The free plan has no payment associated with it and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. Free plan users may delete their account at any time.
Once a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
In the unlikely event that we discontinue RetroResume, we will provide at least 60 days notice and offer a prorated refund to all active lifetime access holders based on time since purchase, at our discretion.
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, please contact us at support@retroresume.app and we will review your case. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. For unresolved disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly as our payment processor.
